The guesthouse is not a place freely open to the public—it is a home where a family welcomes you. There may also be other guests staying under the same roof. We therefore invite you to enjoy all shared spaces in a spirit of friendliness, while respecting everyone’s privacy.
For the comfort and peace of all, we regret that pets are not allowed.
Check-in:
To ensure the best possible welcome, check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Early arrivals, for example, to drop off luggage or late arrivals are possible upon prior agreement.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. As we are not a hotel, we need sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for incoming guests.
General Provisions
In accordance with French law (Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006), smoking is prohibited in all shared spaces. The entire property, including the rooms, is therefore non-smoking.
In line with regulations protecting minors, the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited.
Guests are kindly asked to dress appropriately at all times and to be clothed and wearing shoes when moving through common areas.
Guests agree to leave their room in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to declare and assume financial responsibility for any damage they may cause.
All indoor areas, as well as certain outdoor spaces, are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).
We remind you of emergency numbers : 18 for the Fire Brigade, 15 for Emergency Medical Services (114 for hearing-impaired persons) and finally 02 41 48 21 21 for the poison control center of Angers.
Children on the property remain under the sole responsibility of their parents.
Use of the Swimming Pool
In accordance with French regulations governing private pools open to guests (aimed at preventing accidents, especially involving children), a specific set of pool rules has been established (see appendix).
Guests are reminded that the pool is unsupervised. As a private family pool, its use is reserved for the owners’ family and guests staying at the property. Children are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by a responsible adult. The use of the pool by children remains under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents.
The living area is freely available to guests, particularly for use of the coffee machine and kettle. Use of the kitchen is not permitted unless agreed in advance.
The owners decline all responsibility in the event of theft or personal injury occurring on the property.
As the property is equipped with a septic system, it is essential not to dispose of any items in the toilets (such as sanitary products, etc.).
Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests, especially in case of late arrivals or early departures.
We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
Parties and events are not permitted.
The property is located in a natural, open environment with abundant vegetation and wildlife. Please take this into account when moving around the grounds.
We therefore decline all responsibility in the event of accidents occurring in outdoor areas, including the pool, pond, waterways, and park.
